Jennifer was extremely rude to me as soon as I got there. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her, even though I had an appointment. I asked about a recall on my car and instead of explaining what the recall was or was not, she insisted there was no recall and got mad when I tried showing her what I was talking about. She cut me off any time I tried to speak. This isn’t the first time she has been extremely rude to me. Maybe customer service isn’t something she should be doing at this location.

We have a old Chevy that started leaking into the passenger side floor
flooding the floor area. This happened on a sunny day in california. We took our car in 3 times. After replacing our radiator (which had nothing to do with the problemfor that the car was brought in for.) The car was in the shop for about 5 weeks and even after my husband took the problem solving docs off the internet. The car was placed outside in the rain to see if the front window leaked. It did not according to ouour service manager. So they continued to look for the leak. This goes on for 2 was. We were told the car was ready so we drove it home to have it leak on the way home. The car went back to the shop. Another two weeks and the service manager told us they could not find the problem. My husband went to pick the car up and the service manager got into the passenger side and it was flooded. (At this point I spoke with the dealership manager and explained all the issues. He asked that we let him know what the out come of our dilemma) The service manager took the car back and after another week the service manager called and told my husband that it was the windshield leaking. My husband picked the car up and is presently trying to fix the problem
himself. Now after about 5 weeks we were charged for a new radiator with installation feels. For something that wasn't the problem. We have used MK Smith service department since 1998. In the past David was our service manager and he always found the issue and fixed it. The service department is not the same today. The disinterest in finding a leak and allowing the car to go home still leaking. The service is poor and even after all these years I will be taking my car somewhere else and zI definitely will not purchase a car from this dealership.

I had what seemed lot be a major issue with my vehicle’s key. Jennifer helped me from the moment I drove up to the dealership. She called who she needed to call and spoke with whoever she needed to speak with in order to help me. Her manager knocked it out of the park to take care of me. Because of all this, I will be a loyal customer (still wish I would’ve got that gorgeous gray Camaro in the front though. Lol).
