Jay was great. My 200 dollar service told me exactly what I already knew.
And was informed that it would take 3 weeks for them to do a better diagnostic. Which I can not do, I need my car. I ask if I could schedule another time, and could not get a guarantee on a better time. So I paid for nothing. I left unsatisfied.

I waited 3 weeks to 4 weeks to receive my vehicle. i was called yesterday that my truck was finally finished. I came in today to pick up this morning and my vehicles fan, heater, & air conditioning is not working. i never drove it off of your lot so that it can be looked at. I told my rep it was a working before I brought it in. I was told the service tech re-checked it and said everything was completed correctly. Human error is usually the case when things like this happen. Im asking if a service tech manager can investigate to see if the job was completed correctly? I don’t believe I should pay for diagnosing or any repairs for something that obviously happened at your facility. Thank you

I had an aftermarket GPS tracker installed by the Chevy dealer I purchased the bolt from. The service technician disconnected the tracker and left the wires hanging down under the dash.
