Today is the only time I’ve been seriously disappointed with my service there. Makes me never want to go back. I was even going to inquire about a 2024 Tahoe, but it’s cool, I’ll just go to another Chevy dealership. Not only did I have to wait 3 HOURS for my vehicle (with an appointment mind you) not one person came to check on me in the employee lounge to apologize or update me on what was taking so long. I know oil changes take less than 20 minutes, tops. All I had done was an oil change and a sensor replaced. Is 3 hours the norm WITH an appointment? If that’s the deal, someone should have offered me shuttle service home. Also, there was a misunderstanding with the cost of labor to install the sensor, so I ended up paying $60 more than I expected. Lastly, I had purposely marked my rims for my own peace of mind that the tires were actually rotated, long behold the mechanic wiped them off so I don’t even know if they were. I just have to rely on you guys being ethical and doing the services you say you do. Oh, and I’ve asked multiple times for vehicle inspection reports upon checkout and I never get them. How do I know what services my truck is in need of without them? And seriously, nothing against Gary because he’s always been really nice and helpful in the past, but maybe today was an off day for him. Today was just an overall fail for service there. And that’s putting it lightly because I never feel the need to exhaust effort in writing negative feedback.

I arrived early to my appointment..received information on work to be done and additional work that needs to be completed. Was able to be shuttled to and from the dealership. Completely satisfied with service and dealership since I purchased my automobile!

Jennifer was great! I got my car in for an oil change and it was finished within an hour. I feel like the cashier could be a little more friendly. She acted annoyed when I asked about the price of the oil change and asked if I could use my AAA card. Other than that I was very happy. Jennifer always gives me great service.
