I was told my extended warranty was full coverage only to find out it was not true when I needed work on my 2019 traverse. Very disappointed was lied to.

I've have all ways had an excellent experience from all the MK SMITH service department. From service advisors, technicians to the cashiers.MK SMITH always 5 star service.

The overall experience was terrible. Made an appointment two weeks ahead of time for a service. Arrived 10 minutes early to be told that they didn’t have anyone available to do the service. Perhaps they should have called me before hand so I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Never mind that I received a number of text messages to remind me of my appointment. Still left the car (2022 Corvette) at the dealer to repair the left rear tire that wasn’t holding tire pressure. Received a call an 1-1/2 hr later to let me know that they couldn’t repair the tire because they didn’t have a replacement tire in stock. Maybe they should have checked that before allowing me to leave the car and having to arrange another ride back to pick up my car , which was neither serviced nor were they able to fix the tire. Basically wasted 1/2 of mine and my wife’s day because MK Smith doesn’t have it together. Oh, and still need to make arrangements for an oil service and tire repair, which means more wasted time. Please don’t call me to discuss how to make me satisfied. It’s not possible and not interested in wasting more time. MK Smith already had plenty of opportunity. Love the Corvette but GM has no business in being in the sports car business. Plan to trade in the Corvette — that I paid cash for plus an additional $25k over MSRP, which only has 4,800 miles — for a Mercedes. At least Mercedes knows how to take care of their customers.
