Not everything I asked to be done to my vette was done. All “supposedly new” equipment that I was getting from your dealership were defective. I’m surprised how your dealership has been in business for so long? I took my car in on Friday Oct 27 . . . didn’t get it the next day or next day like I was told . . . But was able to pick it up on Thursday . . . only cause I happen to be driving by & decided to stop & ask when the vette would be ready? Overall, Jay was pleasant & helpful. Very busy employee.

The service was great. What I think needs attention is the scheduling for service. I went on line to setup appointment. The first available was Monday morning. That’s 5 days away. I decided to call. I spoke with Sherry. She gave me next morning appointment. I said I can’t, I work early. She advised me to drop it off before 3 p.m. I dropped it off at 2 and I was told it was going to be ready in two hours. I ask for a ride and before I got home I got a call saying that the vehicle was ready. I had to wait for a ride back to the dealership.

First of all Jay needs to learn customer service. Simply how to greet the customer. A simple Good Morning or a smile, and not look miserable like he hates his job.
I took my truck in for an oil change tire change included. I know for fact my tires were not rotated. I will be contacting the manager regarding this matter. I do not appreciate a job done half way. With no excuse why it wasn’t done I clearly told Jay the lock was in the cup holder . He said I seen it. Thank you

I had my truck serviced in 12/22 and they were supposed to fix the recall then. When I picked it up they said they didn’t get to it and I hadn’t asked them to do it so I had to bring it back. I made an appointment to bring it in today at 730. I dropped it off early and waited until 215 to call and check on it. I got a call back and was told it would another 45 min. I was originally told the recall was a 45 min fix. Gary lied to me several times and told me that it wasn’t a 45 min repair. I looked it up online and it said 45 min. He then said the GM warranty only allowed the mechanics to do so many jobs per time frame so my vehicle Ike had been done earlier but they weren’t allowed to release it or they wouldn’t get paid. I finally went inside to get the paperwork and didn’t get the certificate for DMV to show it had been corrected. I asked the clerk and she said I had to ask Gary for it. I went out to him and he said I didn’t need it. I explained to him that DMV would not allow me to register my truck without it and he said then I should have asked for it. He said the certificates are only given when asked for them. I looked at my paperwork and there was false statements on it including ten incorrect mileage out. It showed I came in with 17483 and left with 17489. I took a picture of the mileage which is date and time stamped at 17483 miles. Also they indicated that they provided me shuttle service back and forth which is not true. I had a coworker give me a ride both ways. My last two appointments with MK Smith have been a total fail.
