When my wife came in today for an oil change there were no other service lights on the dash. When she picked up the vehicle and drove a bout a mile from the MK Smith lot messages came on the dash about Traction Control being of and Stabiltrack, as well as the ABS light on. My wife tried to manually turn the traction control on and off with the button on the dash and nothing changed. She parked the car and turned it off for a few minutes and then restarted the car and I came back on again. So she went back to the Service drop off where Jennifer used a diagnostic reader to see that there where now 3 codes coming up, at least one of which was saying that the vehicle could not read the speed of one or more of the wheels. Then Jennifer told my wife that she couldn’t do anything today and that we would have to make an appointment to check it in NEXT WEEK! This is ridiculous, Jennifer read the codes at the initial drop off and again after returning so she knows that they were not the same but did nothing to get the vehicle looked at today. If I were to guess one of the wheel sensors were bumped or disconnected while rotating the tires and checking the brakes during the oil change. I’m sure it’s happened a bunch of time over the years. I can’t believe Jennifer would not offer any other solution than to come back next week.

Absolute worst service ever. I’m so disgusted and frustrated with the service that I’m considering never giving MK Smith my busy again. It took 3 weeks to get my truck back after the work should have taken less than 1 hour. The communication and follow up by Gary was deplorable.
