I am new to the MK Chevrolet dealership, and to be honest it hasn’t been a good experience. However my experience with Gary was fantastic, he was everything that I needed and then some. He provided me with some of the best customer service I have had anywhere! Not to mention the best customer care and support that I’ve received from 4 prior employees at MK Chevrolet. I believe that he saved MK Chevrolet from me never returning.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The communication with any updates on the vehicle was little to none. My husband had to call in numerous times to check in on the status and had to obtain his own information about a rental vehicle on his own time. When the rep was notified about us obtaining a rental vehicle, he gave it to someone else and we were never given a vehicle for the duration of 2 months it was being serviced. When it came time to pick up our vehicle it was filthy, so disappointing.

In the morning, at about 10:30am, I learned the car was ready, via a voicemail message from Jay. I called back and left a voice mail with Jay to see if I could be sent a link on my phone to pay for the oil change. I received no links or texts in 2.5 hours. I called back, and instantly received a link. Payment was made within minutes. Complete satisfaction does not involve waiting 2.5 hours and my needing to call twice in order to get the link. I am satisfied with the service, and was cheerfully surprised the car was ready to pick up so early in the day after my appointment. My wife and daughter did the dropping off and picking up.
