I got there a little early and stood there for a few minutes before anyone said anything to me. When Jennifer asked if I needed help I told her I had an appointment at 1. She asked for my name and phone number and said “oh you have an appointment with Gary.” Then said nothing else to me. She went on to wave and call for people on the other side of the driveway. Completely ignoring me. Finally a gentleman came out and said “I can help you, Gary is on his lunch break. I’m so sorry you’ve been waiting.” I don’t remember his name but he was extremely helpful. Jennifer on the other hand was very rude and couldn’t even check me in or let me know what was going on. Her customer service was horrible. I don’t want Gary contacting me because he was as useless as Jennifer.

Very disappointed, it took you forever to check my Traverse (four days) and found nothing wrong with it. My wife was without her car (the Traverse is her primary vehicle) and your agent didn’t have the decency to try and find a loaner Apparently we don’t qualify for that service

Service has been very good, Jay and team are always polite and helpful. The car itself, on the other hand, 7,500 miles on the odo, already having electronic problems, but the staff at MK are doing what they can to fix the issues that are still pending. I've been satisfied with their service so far.

Problem was not fixed. Gary was totally oblivious to what the problem with my truck was. Even as my vehicle was being delivered to me supposedly fixed you can hear the same knocking noise I took it in for. Also your service website is terrible. Can only select brakes as an option for service. That confused the hell out of Gary who insisted my brakes are a part of my suspension. Really. And to top it off the suspension guy called in sick extending my vehicles repair time. I get it out of your control but the worst part is my vehicle was not fixed. Frustrated paying almost 80k for a truck that makes awkward noises when turning and over bumps.

As always, Jennifer did a great job communicating the recommended services for my 2021 Chevy Colorado ZR2. I had forgotten that I had previously had a major service at 30k miles, so I only needed an oil change as I approached 36k miles on this last visit. I will definitely keep coming back to Jennifer & MK Smith for my scheduled maintenance in the future! :)
