John and the manager,sorry forgot his name both were very helpful and answered my questions and comments with a smile and I was treated with respect and was not treated like I was a bother to them. It was very refreshing to be listened to and be helped rather then just dismissed, they got to the bottom of the issue by looking up similar issues and contacting the Toyota corporation to see how to resolve the situation.
