Communication. I went for 1 1/2 weeks with no follow up call. I had to call salesman first time around, then nothing. 2nd time I called and serv mgr was out so someone else was supposed to be doing the follow up and that’s when I went a week and a half before I called back because I had heard nothing. After they had the car three days I called again to find out what was going on and I had to call four different people because no one was available or returning my calls.
