The only constructive comment I would make is that when my service was complete they said "your car is parked right out front". When I walked out front my car was no where in sight. I walked 1/2 down two isles of cars in the area where I assumed they park vehicles when service is done. I ended up catching an employee in the service dept. who went to find my car and drove it up. He apologized and said it should have been parked right up front. Just a heads up for the future and others!

I was actually a little better than satisfied with the service. John helped organize everything, but also did the due diligence of doing some digging to find out that two-thirds of the work that was done was either a recall or an extended warranty.
