I'm a little surprised that the Check Engine and Loose Traction indicator lights weren't looked into or discussed with me. I hope it's just a clutch.

Having paid a total of 502.16 and having been a loyal Andersen - Weber Toyota customer for many years, I'm inclined to feel the 50 savings should have been applied and should still be extended.

Technician was asked to rotate tires, we were charged for it, and it is checked that it was done. However, my fianc and I both knew that the tire with the hubcap missing was in the passenger rear position before we brought it in. It is still in the same position after it was said that our tires were rotated and we were charged for it.

I believe John did everything in his power to get those air shocks for me as soon as possible. I'm glad he did I don't want to get a bump in the head again like I did before. I never realized how hard it was to lift that hatchback up until today. I've had three Toyota Priuses now the first one I did have a light bulb problem other than that I have never had a problem to take it in and get it fixed they are a very very good car. I would give John the highest rating I could
