I scheduled a service appointment and while I appreciate being provided a loaner vehicle, I wasn’t happy about Toyota over scheduling and having to spend two days to get a hitch installed. I realize that your service department is busy, but I live north of Platteville and it’s not convenient for me to drive back and forth especially when I’m not anticipating the need to do this. In the future, I would have preferred to reschedule for a day when Toyota had the time to devote to completing my job sheas less urgent than I expect some other jobs you had. Thank you.
