I made an appointment for a quick 8am recall. I had to call at 2:30pm because I had not heard anything. The answer I received was “I see your appointment at 8am but it hasn’t been started yet. Where is your car?” I didn’t know how to respond. I had dropped my car off the night before and handed my keys off to a service employee. My car was right outside the service department. Wonder what would have happened if I had never called?

1. Not sure if it's just the way chryslers are but it still hard shifts when going from park to reverse or drive.
2. Tire sensor was supposed to be fixed but it's already had an error saying to be serviced.

I've had my truck in to get this issue fixed twice now and they kept my truck all day to call me at 4 pm and tell me to pick my truck up that I would have to bring it back when a tool comes in. Had it twice now and still have not done any work on my truck. Totally unacceptable!!!!!
