I feel as if I got conned into paying for something thee sales manager knew about. I brought my vehicle back 1 day after I had it because the engine light came on. I was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle a month and a half later they tell me it’s going to cost 1,275$ to replace. Not to mention when I brought my car back after the engine light came on there is nothing in the system stating my vehicle was looked at but the first day I purchased the car the breaks and roaders were bad they were replaced and that’s in the system. Honestly they knew the catalytic converter was bad and let the person tell it who looked at my car the second time had stated that they probably just cleared the code. A catalytic converter doesn’t go bad overnight there was something wrong with it from day one. I will never get my vehicle worked on through key ever again. I will never purchase another vehicle from you guys again nor will I recommend anyone else too. I thought I was getting a reliable vehicle that’s why I came to a dealer but it turns out you guys are just like every other car place. You don’t care about your customers.

My first experience with the ride shuttle was mixed. Seems like a better system is needed to know who is waiting for a ride. I would have missed the ride back to work, if I had not been watching. I apparently was not in the list. But to be fair there was a call to check and see if I was picked up after about 5 minutes it so. The ride itself was fine, but if I wasn't paying attention I would have been waiting longer for a ride to work. The ride from work back to the dealership was on time and worked great. The pass enger seat was not fixed. Apparently the conjoining part was not ordered, so it's still broke and I have to get another appt scheduled to get it fixed. This is the second time the seat has been "fixed" since I brought it in 2017. I get that sometimes there are oversights, but the most disappointing thing is apparently no one looked at the seat befire me. I was told I was good to go. I walked to the car and looked at the seat and it was still not fixed, so I walked back in and told Josh it wasn't fixed. The conjoining part wasn't ordered. The gap was visible, why not be up front and tell me the seat wasn't fixed instead of me finding it? The guys and gals in the service intact area work hard to make sure I get my car back when they commit and that normally is the case.i really appreciate that. They are all nice and work to get you in and out.. I appreciate that. What I don't appreciate is bring a car in 4times fir the same seat fix. (The first time the wrong side was ordered, so I took time off work only to have to bring it back when the correct side was ordered. I asked for a car the second time and was told couldn't do it. This time only half the parts were ordered and installed and I get to bring my car back again. The work is under my warranty, just not really convenient to make multiple trips back.

Service center replaced my windshield on my 2018 Ram Truck. While the contractor they use put my windshield in they got black glue on my top inside liner which the Service agent acknowledged it was the glue from when the window was put in. They tried to fix it but just ended up fraying the material. They have refused to warranty it which this all started with warranty work due to a faulty windshield. They have also refused to contact the contractor to aquire payment from them for a new liner. The reason they say is I took too long to tell them about the issue even though the Service worker informed me it was the glue from the window when it was put in. They have admitted what it is and who did it but for some reason will not fix it.
