I took my 2016 Jeep to Kimberly Jeep because I thought something was wrong with the radiator. They said no everything check out ok. Then several times we took the Jeep to key because engine light and the traction light was coming on. I talked to Amanda. She said they need the codes. I asked her at that time check radiator. After several times taking Jeep in Amanda said they can fix engine light issue and traction. She also said nothing came back on radiator. Then my wife pulled into her. nephews car repair to talk with him and a customer said man your Jeep smells like radiator fluid. So when we took Jeep back to key to have them repair engine light issues. I asked Amanda to check radiator again. She called me back saying that I indeed have a leak and they fixed the engine light and replaced radiator as a courtesy since I was over warranty. I said I told you guys about the radiator back in July and both you and Kimberly said no issues. At that time it was under warranty. So now my engine light comes on again and I find out that now it’s something different is wrong and since it’s out of warranty now. I need to pay?? I asked Annie I wanted a manager to call me because this has been an issue for 6 months. She then called stating the radiator was courtesy on there part and they can’t do anything. They radiator should have been done under warranty since I told you about radiator when it was under warranty.So now after 5 months of engine light problems you say this one is totally unrelated???? Very disappointing! Bad customer service. I have bought 5 Jeeps from yours and Kimberly Jeep. I have a 2013 and this 2016. This is how you treat a loyal customer?Bad business decision. I personally know Dale Zude. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hey was very essential. The 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased was fine when I test drove it but once I got on the highway I figured to brakes and roaders were horrible, I was going to return the vehicle and he provided great service he had brand new brakes and roaders put on.
