Your text message updates are a joke. It says to reply yet no one reads or responded to my text. I had my vehicle there in September 2019 for the same issue and spent $1100. I was told they went through my car with a fine tooth comb, and that the transmission module was the issue so it was replaced. Now they tell me it’s the fuel pump and wiring harness ($1400). They said it was installed improperly, it was installed in 2014 (not by key auto mall) so why wasn’t that discovered in September? I did not authorize them to replace the fuel pump and wiring harness. I, instead, informed them I would be coming to pick up my car. They did waive the diagnostic fee but when I went to start my car it required a jump, which was not an issue before. This also leads me to believe the problem is not the fuel pump and wiring harness. I’m disappointed they couldn’t get to the root of the problem and I paid $1100 to fix a car I still cannot use.

Had to ask a lot of questions to figure out what was repaired. The ticket said tech found an issue with the tire, tech repaired tire. That was not very transparent. Finally got a call that there was "a hole." I had this in a few weeks ago for the same issue. Just seems strange. Not a very transparent report.

I had answered back the text message sent to me asking if I had any further questions about my service going on to let them know! So I did! I keep getting a warning about my brake light being burnt out and the taillight is not burnt out. I texted the message back to be sure and check on this warning that keeps coming on when I start the vehicle. When I picked up my truck from being serviced I was told no one told them about this text message because it’s handled by a third party and was it shared with your service Dept. the service performed on my truck was done well and my oil change monitor was reset to 100%. How did the mechanic not see the brake light out warning when he reset the oil life numbers in my dashboard gauges? I know this is petty compared to the great service your staff provided. They even called me to suggest I have the differential oil flushed and changed which I did at their recommendation. I just wish the text had gotten through so this annoying warning would stop coming up! I think it prevents my remote start from working also with this warning in place. Thanks

I brought my brand new ram in for my first oil change and they rear end my new truck. No, I’m NOT satisfied. Then they offer to fix it, which they should. Now I have the inconvenience to bring my truck back to get fixed and go a day of my vacation next week without my truck. They haven’t even offered me anything for my inconvenience. I’m not very happy with this dealership. If they want me to be a satisfied customer they are going to have to do more than just say “I’m sorry” and say they’ll fix it.
