Everyone at Key went above and beyond to take care of the issue with my vehicle. They showed true caring for this longtime customer...which is why I will continue to be a customer. I am very happy with the integrity and compassion shown at Key.

No updates as to my car through the day, had to call twice to check up on it after a promised call back. Prior to making appointment I was told I would receive a phone call when my recall part would be in, never happened. Was told there was an issue during an issue install, was never called to learn it was going to take longer. When I called the third time and asked for update was told by josh to come and pick it up, when I asked if everything was done he said he didn’t know? I then said I didn’t want to come and pick it up if it all wasn’t done..... it was a mess, customer service was nonexistent!! Unacceptable! I will never work with Josh again, if I have to I will go somewhere else! Terrible!
