The worst draining experience I have ever been exposed too. No constant feedback about my vehicle, I continually had to call day by day and even visit face to face to get some type of clarity about my car. My sales representative was very nonchalant and I felt very frustrated with her. The service department being backed up for two weeks???? Why at this time of year? When you know everyone is traveling and will be bringing their car in for winter service. Complete amateurs!!! I wish I never bought a vehicle at your lot at all.
