Kind of disappointed that when I came to pick up my Jeep
It sounded like it was taking off when the air was turned up.
The tech said next time have the filter changed, not that it needed done today. When the Jeep went back it was full of leaves and very dirty. So we got it changed. Our time was wasted during working hours and who would leave a very dirty leaf filled mess in place? Also 61.50 for a filter seems very out of line as we were told there was no labor added to replace it. Over all our tech Bev was good and attentive but our experience was less than we would have expected. After research we have found the filter to run between $10-25 dollars. Not sure if this is the place for us to shop as it seems like we were grossly over charged.

Vechicle still under warranty but not going to get the problem fixed. Situation explained several times and obviously no one is listening.
Will look for our future vehicle elsewhere. Our salesman was great however so I hate not to give him future business but if we can’t get our vehicle fixed it’s nit worth it.
