Marcy did a great job, however when I drove my vehicle out of the shop my electric start button was not replaced I had to call to find out where it was and how I was to install. Also did not even get back to work when the Change Oil Light came on, cannot believe it was there for 9 days and that was not done - now I have to take it back somewhere and get an oil change, not good customer service in my eyes. So much for the inspections that was noted on the invoice.

Service was excellent, but disappointed they did not wash the car. Previous purchases I had always got washed when serviced. The salesman also told me the 1st time I brought it in for service, I would receive a free oil change & tire rotation...that did not happen.

Warranty on seat not done Just as bad as before repair done Slow response on returning my phone call to see if it was done.I don’t think a customer should have have to hunt for his vehicle to pick it up It should be parked closer. Will need seat repair done which means another trip to do what should have been done correctly the first time I have purchased 3 vehicles in 18 months and not happy with this

Would have liked to have had my Allstate gold warranty explained a bit better and more in detail because it's confusing, but the shop was very very busy. The service I received on my Mazda CX5 was good, and the service staff were very friendly and helpful.
However, and I do not need a rep to call, but I want to share my ongoing frustration with the comfort and cleanliness of the waiting area. Key really needs to consider upgrading this space to stay competetive with other dealer shops and their waiting areas. The seats are old and offer no support for someone who needs to wait. The area smells terrible and the air quality is very poor. There needs to be more space allocated to a waiting area too, it was too crowded and people were left standing.
Although I will continue to bring my current vehicle to Key, the service area issues will likely impact my decision to buy a Mazda in the future because I would rather go elsewhere for service.

The backup camera failed to function for approximately 24 hours . The camera resumed proper function without service. After that issue, the tail lights failed to illuminate until I turned the car off to reboot controls and manually manipulated the light switch. After several attempts the tail lights resumed normal function. When I brought vehicle in for service, troubleshooting failed to recreate the issues and no repairs were made. A service update on the control module was performed and hopefully that solved the problem...although I won’t know for sure unles those or other issues resurface. Service rep was courteous and efficient with check in and check out.
