I left my jeep over nite for my APPT on 6/21/18...They got it in on 6/20/18 and I told the Tech who checked me in where my lug nut locks were under the drivers seat which did not get related to the MECHANIC, SO there for my jeep got rummaged throu to find them when the Tech who checked me in did not relay the message in writing or verbal...Also I had a bath towel on my drivers side that I sat on was not in my jeep in my when I picked it up

I had a rattling noise caused by a loose heat shield. The service department got me in and out in 10 minutes and removed the heat shield. They also did not charge me for the service.
