I arrived at 745am to get my truck serviced for the 3rd time. My vehicle was done at 835am. I was told it would just be a few minutes later to get the warranty paper work done. Around 915 i inquired about the paper work. I was told it should be any minute. At 935am i asked for the service manager and explained how long i had been waiting. It was then done in 5 min. This was ridiculous.

Was pleased with Josh Hughbanks working with us for best price which we felt was fair. NOT pleased with addition of $299.00 added on for security etching by finance dept. Which was not disclosed to us by finance dept, just added in as "fees". Felt it was fraudulent on Key's part to NOT have been upfront with hidden "fee". Do NOT feel that this "option" was needed.We can go to auto parts store & do it ourselves if we want for under $20.00. Do NOT feEl option is needed especially at almost $300. We feel that we were scammed...Josh had our price at $25,480 plus tax, title, license & whatever fees
s applied. We wrote a check for $27, 826.50 paid in full then realized we were charged for security etch for $299.00 & were never told about it. We feel you should have been up front with this unwanted fee which was NEVER disclosed even when in in finance dept...it was just added on & we did not "catch" it until going through paperwork tonight. Will be in touch.
