I'm very happy with my experience at your dealership.
I did have a little trouble finding my truck after it was serviced. Sometimes you don't seem to have enough room for serviced vehicles, so in cases where the customer is waiting for their vehicle,I would suggest driving it up to the front so they can leave right away. Many other dealers do this, and it may help both you and the customer. It also creates a better impression for the customer.

Not satisfied at all! A day after getting the car I had to put air in the front passenger tire. Next day the other one. I called sales person. She was able to pick it up a few days later. The fixed passenger tire and installed a remote starter. Received my car back, next day I had to put air in the other tire again. I was told that air was put in it. I said whatever was wrong with passenger tire has to be the same with this one. Since installing the remote started, my car has run different. There's a ticking sound coming from the front of car. I called sales rep immediately and told her about the tire and the ticking sound. I've only had the car one week today. I'm not happy at all.
