Mike need to do better on the shuttle pick-up, he told the drive to plck me up but failed to tell her what time to pick me up. When my car was ready that's when she was to picke up,I waited 3 hours before finey own way.

Was **** the mrchanic? A man took my service order, a woman told me of additional work needed which I had done. The same woman told me the car was ready where it was and took me to the cashier. Both service people were excellent. I suggest you identify what a person does when you ask for an opinion about his/her work. **** is a name that is used for both genders.

Mike can tell you what a disaster was this service visit. After having my Tribute for 3 days, it was given to me in an unsafe condition. Having paid for complete brake job, I did not get to 16th St because I had no emergency brake and a low, spongy brake pedal. Unforgiveable to provide the car in a very unsafe condition. At least I had functioning brakes prior to the "repair"! Whoever was responsible for verifying the vehicle repaired did not do job. Since Mazda tech does not work Sat, I do not yet know when my car will be properly repaired and returned to me. This has been extremely and needlessly upsetting as well as causing significant inconvenience. Mike, however, is a very personable and agreeable man with which to deal. Overall, this may be the worst car service experience I have had (Being 70 yo I have plenty to which to compare) This kind of bad service could get a customer injured. Inexcusable!

They were very friendly, helpful and honest. She told me my car would be done in 30 to 45 minutes and it Was! The visit made me want to come back and it made me think about buying another Car from Key! I hope the service crew is praised and given insensitives. Do Not let them slip away and go to another company!
