When I scheduled the appointment they asked if I would be leaving the car or waiting, I figured that if waiting was an option they wouldn’t take too long. When I got there, Eric told me I could pick up my car in 4.5 hours because they were short staffed. This was super inconvenient because I had work in about 2 hours after my appointment scheduled time. Eric was really kind and accommodating, made sure my car got the service it needed so I could go to work as soon as possible and not have to wait the entire 4.5 hours. I appreciated Eric being understanding, would of been super frustrated if he hadn’t been.
For better service, especially during the current covid surge, it would be helpful to inform customers of the average wait time when they schedule an appointment so it doesn’t catch anyone by surprise.
