I had an appointment for my truck to get service I arrived at 9:30. The assistant manager told me it would take 3 hrs but it took 6 hrs to have my truck service. I also had my headlights restoration done but after they finish they told me that my light restoration might get damage with the rain, they should have advise me that it was not a good idea to have my light restoration done on a rainy day. I have been bringing my truck for service since I purchase it here at Longo Toyota and this is the first time I was disappointed with the service.
