Guys, I dropped the car at 8:30 am, and you gave it back at 5 pm. I have another car and usually takes 2-3 hours. This time was awfully late, 8 hours to finish a simple maintenance.

Although i was satisfied, i must say that the experience felt a bit more rushed than in previous visits. I was waiting for my vehicle 4-5 hrs but the time with the service advisor felt rushed. I fully understand that it was a busy afternoon.
I must admit i am not at all a fan of the phone call follow up when service is complete if i am just 20 yards away in the waiting room. A personal face to face follow up is far more preferred than a phone call.
This is how it was years ago when Tom Ryan serviced my vehicle.
Other than that, the rest of the visit was fine.
p.s. There should be a sign for the business center with the computers that 1) no crunchy potato chips from Subway are allowed (very noisy) and 2) no cell phone conversations should be conducted (very distracting for those working). This visit, there was a Toyota employee that came inside the business center for the sole purpose of making a phone call. When she stepped out of the room, she hung up the phone. Not cool. Not cool at all.

Roy is awesome , do his job very well . Only the check out area was not professional, and not friendly . Special cashier area . We are customer and paid the services but cashiers busy and talked each other about their business without realized the customer was waiting .

I don't think it's Eric's fault. Somehow you prioritize people unfairly. Why should I have to wait from 9:15 (which was my appointment time) until after 2 pm for a mechanic to start looking at my car!!! This happened the time before as well. Then there is no time to make the fixes that are recommended and then you put on the paperwork that I refuse the recommendations! Really? And then the next day it was hard to start my car. I had to replace my battery. I hadn't had any trouble starting my car at all before I had the service done. Plus the Toyota dealer that replaced the battery found that the windshield fluid was low. Wasn't that part of the 10k service I paid for?
