Why wasn't I informed 2 things were marked need immediate attention? I happened to see that while waiting for my car but the guy at the outside pickup desk couldn't answer my questions. I had to wait 5 minutes for a service manager who said they could take my car back in and replace the filters marked in the red, but it was no big deal- they could wait til the next service in 6 months. Really?? What does immediate mean? When my car was being worked on, why wasn't I asked if I wanted the filters replace then- even if I had to pay for them??????! I was waiting in the lobby. If my brake lights had been marked red would I have waited until I got a ticket because it wasn't brought to my attention? If things are marked as needing further or immediate attention I would expect to be told!!!!!!!

Your new efforts to control rental costs are misguided at best. I spent 1100 in services this week and my car was serviced over 3 days. But I was requieree to pay for the third day of rental. Considering you don't have loner cars available, it made Longo look small. Sorry, but I have been coming to Longo since you were in your original location and we have purchased all of our several Toyota's since our first Corolla in 1971. I guess we expected better for all those years of loyalty.
