My service advisor was fine, but I'm usually provided a vehicle inspection form after a Toyota Autocare Service is performed. The invoice didn't even list the remaining brake pad depth, so I wonder if a complete inspection was even done. I will say, the steering wheel shake I complained about at the last service was resolved by the purchase of 4 tires and wheel balancing you performed.
