I always have excellent service when I go to Jorge Valdez! Jorge is the only one I go to and I hope he stays there forever,because once he's gone I'm not sure if I will service my car there. He's the best and he deserves a raise.

I came in at around 8:00am as a walk in and I was told by welcoming service person waiting time was 20mins but in 5mins I wa already assisted by Mr. Ramirez.
Mr. ****was ok, very courteous, I told him I came in for the installation of anti theft patrol. And walked around the car and I was assisted promptly.

I thought David Varela was extremely helpful. The girl I spoke to on the phone to set up my appointment on the other hand had a little attitude in her tone like my confusion about the services my car needed bothered her, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. When I got there for my service appointment I felt like I would receive the same kind of treatment but it was completely opposite. He was very friendly and explained the process of what my car would need and how long it would take. I really appreciate the service and will be coming back for future car services.

From start to finish it was a head ache. I believe the rep should have took the high road and jumped on the situation. I shouldn't have to get frustrated and demand a manager to get things done. In the end Samuel took care of the situation. Something was wrong with a chip in the computer. Toyota should be sending notices out about it. Not waiting for people to come in because they have shifting problems.

I received really good service from Jimmie Saucedo, but I'm really upset that I had to take my car twice to get clean how it was supposed to be. I paid for detail cleaning and my car WAS NOT detail clean on the first time and neither second time. First time, it still has some stain on my seats that was not remove and I called back to let them know and the Representative I spoke too was not helpful at all, he never said I'm sorry you have to come back, orange let me help with an appointment. He said I have to go as walk-in and see if they can see me because theres no appointments available, I think this is ridiculous beside I didn't get my car clean I still have to go back and wait on line for someone to help me out? I went back for the second time, horrible experience. I was in line for 20mins waiting for someone to come help me out when all employees were standing and talking around. No one ever bother to come and tell me "hey good morning move forward and someone will help you" until 20mins someone came out to tell me to move forward and once I did everyone came to help the line of cars. An employee gets there and he asked me "how can I help you " I told him the reason why I was there he makes me feel it was my fault for getting my car dirty, well this is the reason why I'm taking my car to get it clean and I'm paying for it is NOT FOR FREE. After he asked me if I remember who helped me out I said I don't remember his name and then he just looked at me like I was stupid. at of the nowhere Jimmie shows up and I said "oh you helped me out the last time and he said yes" the other guys just left and didn't say anything so Jimmie took over, don't get me wrong Jimmie was very nice and helpful, but I'm still disappointed that I had to go back 2 time to get my car clean and still didn't get it detail clean? Makes no sense why they charge me when the device they did was not great and beside customer service is was just as dirty as my car still look. very disappointed I always go to this place for everything when it comes to my car but this time makes me rethink if I want to continue giving this place my service. I should had get charge not at least half of my money for the dirty job they did and for the bad customer experienced we received form Longo Toyota on March 13.

From the gentlemen serving coffe that morning, Roy, the cashier to the service technician who drove my car out the service was superb. Even if it was only an oil change Roy came in to the lobby to look for me a few times to give me an update, provide the mechanics recommendations and to answer my questions. I was very impressed and will make sure when I'm ready to purchase a new car I will visit Longo Toyota as my first choice. I have brought my car in several times for service and each time I'm impressed with the level of service provided. Thank you.
