I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A RECALL ON MY VEHICLE AND DROPPED IT OFF AT 8:45AM. I COME BACK AT 6PM AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TELLS ME THAT THERE WAS NO PART AVAILABLE FOR THR RECALL. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OR CALLED BY THE DEALERSHIP. I WASTED MY TIME TO GET MY CAR SEVICED. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEVER TOLD ME THE MOMENT I DROPPED IT OFF. POOR SERVICE AND WHY WOULD YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A RECALL WHEN YOU DIDNT HAVE THE PARTS?!?!!!!
