The service I had done (AC refresher-coupon, oil change-coupon, and wiper blades replacement-coupon) was estimated to be 3 hours. Then it was estimated to be 5 1/2 hours because you were "backed-up". It turned out to be 6 hours and 25 minutes.

I took my truck in for 6 month check up and smog check. Upon receiving my car back there was no copy of smog check pass document. When I asked where it was, I was told that they no longer gave copies out,the information was sent to the dmv directly. Which is true, but I always want a copy of certification as proof. I had taken my other car about two weeks before and received a copy automatically. So I didn't like the way I was given a line and not the truth.

It was not so much the way Mr. Labrada treated me but rather the fact that I ended up paying 50 for the cleaning of a battery terminal. I took my car in to see why I kept losing tire pressure on the same tire which went through and passed a previous inspection back in January or December. At the previous inspection I was told the tires were in good condition even though I kept saying the tire pressure light on the dashboard kept going on. So I was really disappointed to being told that I needed a new tire. I expected to at least be offered a tire at a discounted price. As I mentioned Mr. Labrada did as I guess he was taught to do and that is try to sell me something that should have been noticed in the previous inspections, so please do not place any blame on him. I was thinking of purchasing another vehicle but now will probably try another dealership. Thank you for listening to how I felt. G. Stewart
