The seating is below standard , sitting on the wooden upright chair for over 3 hours is brutal, no back support . Needs couches and firm chair with support.
The minimum wait at Longo is over two -3 hours or longer . I love your facility'. Efficient ,well run and nice staffs, give me a comfy chair I could wait for 5 hours . No need to take me home and pick up later . Save money for you not to have too many drivers and Vans for transporting your customers.
