For the most part the service and amenities were excellent, but the car's diagnosis was completed too late. It is rare for me to be able to allot an entire day to spend at my family's preferred dealership. However by the time the car's diagnosis was done (which suggested replacing the engine among other things), the parts department already closed. I was initially suggested to bring in my car another day, but I felt decidedly unsafe using the car now. The Rental services were also closed, so I had to go home carless. In the end, it took 2 hours walking/public transportation to get to place for a friend to pick me up to drive me home. Being stranded without a car to use and needing to come back to pick up my car was a major inconvenience. Other than that, Matthew was very helpful and promptly finished working on the car the next morning. If I were able to rent a car I wouldn't have minded this inconvenience as much. Better coordination between departments would have helped this issue as well.

In my maintenance service appt, your service rep pulled the air filter replacement and clean the throttle service and made it sound like its very dirty and needs to be taken care of now. I was ok until he mentioned the additional fee of over 150. Its overpriced.

Had 10am appointment to repair/replace flickering light bulb on cruise control stick. I got my car at 5pm. That is 7 hours to repair/replace it. Yes, I was informed my car would be ready by 3pm. It is unreasonable for the best and the biggest dealership to take 7 hours to replace a light bulb, and I had an appointment for the repair. I'm very disappointed.

It is very difficult to hear when being talked to outside, it's loud and irritating. All the reps talk really fast, combine that with how noisy it is outside and you endbup not understanding most of what is being said, then signing paperwork you hope is correct. This was my second visit for maintenance, and while most of the staff seem kind, I feel like I'm just another number being shoved through the system and nobody genuinely cares one way or another.
