Matthew was great help. I appreciated him and his customer service. The system of car maintenance however was very disappointing today. Just for an oil change, I had to wait almost 5 hours when it has always taken me around less than 2 hours. I asked Matthew why it was going to take so long and (I can't remember word for word) apparently it was based on appointment, non-appointment, and Toyota Care, and certain vehicles that had priority. I arrived about an hour and a half after opening thinking I would leave ealry but instead taking longer than I expected. I really like going to Longo, I always have a pleasant time there while waiting for my car service. I can easily go to the one in Lancaster since it's closest to me but I have trusted Longo ever since getting my car there in 2010. I hope something can be resolved by this time frame for regular car services. Thank you for your consideration.
