Very very upset and disappointed. My third car I purchased at Long Toyota, and by the third month the shift lock went out , cannot get my car in gear after I just purchased the car. Mr Teddy Chiu wants me to be responsible for the 800.00 it will cost to repair my new vehicle. Left several meaaages to Mr. Chiu which never reaposponded. Mason never followed through on status of my vehicle , Areza was another person who never returned phone calls. Picked up my car and I am not responsible for my own repair. I work at Kaiser in which there are a large range of employees that will be persuaded not to purchase vehicles at Longo Toyota this will be passed on .
