My car took 20 minutes to show up after I paid. The person who do bring my car said they had difficulty finding it. I was charged for a new battery for my key fob although I have the email that indicates there was not an issue. My tires were inflated to 37 PSI. In the last 3 times I have brought my car in there have been issues. When I came to pick up my car, no one was at the drop off. I excited the car left the car, left the key on the seat and walked to the completed vehicle pick up. Again service is not what it was pre-pandemic.
