It was disappointing that my february 2021 service (60k mile) failed to unearth a serious battery (bought from you in 2018) failure: I had to call in jumpstart 3 times till then. Car was cleared. It started failing again since March incrementally. At the minimum I expected warranty-based replacement. Didn't happen. Moreover, I was quoted a part price 30$ higher than part.lexus.com price. These have shaken my faith of 10 years in lexus customer first outlook. Hence I am pausing batt. Replacement

Lexus service on Mon 4/26 met my expectations. I do want to mention that whoever works on my car or goes in and out of my car needs to wipe down and clean the board of the drivers side of the car. It’s the strip that has the name Lexus as you open the door. My last visit in Oct 2020 was messed up so bad with black scuff marks as well as Monday’s visit. I told one of the guys about it and he views the scuffed up strip. He took a photo and my name and number. He said he was going to order the strip for me to replace. I was upset on what I saw I forgot to get his name. Hopefully he will follow through with the order to replace the strip. If I don’t hear from him in 2 weeks I plant to stop in at Lexus and see if I can see him.
Other than that the service was very good. Thank you.
