Since Al Posada who always gave me terrific service for my current Lexus is no longer with you, I was very disappointed when I made my appointment for this service. However, the alert person who greeted me, asked me for my service person, and I replied it was Al Posada who is no longer there. He quickly said he would locate the person who worked closely with Al, and asked me to wait. When Paymon arrived to greet me, I was pleased to have someone who was courteous, very helpful and put me at ease immediately! My experience with Paymon was excellent...he took the time to explain everything necessary for my 15,000 mile service, followed through to the finish, which delayed his lunch time, and directed me to the parts dept so I could purchase touch up paint for my scratch!!
I was completely satisfied with my visit, and left knowing I can call on Paymon if I have any future questions before my next visit, 5000 miles from now!! Please let him know of my great relief to be referred to him, by the sharp greeter (I did not get his name) who picked up my apprehension!! Thank You! Doris Wong : )

Check-in with Carlos was super efficient and quick. Pick-up was a different story. I never received a call/email/text to say the car was ready until after I had picked the car up and was driving away. The check-out process was terrible. First they had a hard time finding the paperwork, then they couldn't find a printer. It took almost 30 minutes to do something that should have taken 5 minutes. You really need to do a better job. This is the second time something like this has happened to me. Very disappointed.
