Joshua was not helpful or friendly at all. I brought my car in because the back up beeper was not working. He filled out paperwork on computer and said it would cost 176.00 if more they will call me. I thought my car was still under warranty but he said no. So I got the message my car was ready Went to the cashier desk and they pulled my paperwork and I looked at what the problem was with beeper, the switch was turned off and they turned it on and tested it. I was shocked a 5 min problem was going to cost me 176.00. The lady said do you want to talk to your service advisor and I said yes. Joshua came to the counter and told him I was not happy with a 5 min job is going to. It's me 176.00. His response they don't get paid by the job they get paid by the hr. My response was I am not happy and is there anything you can do . He said no and walked away. The cashier looked like she was shocked and said I wil go and talk to the service manager, she came back in 5 min and said no charge we are taking care of it. I was a happy customer and thanked her very much, I will differently come back as a Customer , but will not deal with Joshua again. He needs some training in customer service. Thank you.

First, my appointment was at 12:20pm, I was on time, and was told to wait in my car until a rep was ready. I waited almost 30 min outside, this has never happened before in the past 2 years I have been coming. When I complained to one of the guys outside in red they went inside to check for a rep and he came back to say they were all on lunch! What?! I have an appointment, and everyone is on lunch? Not okay, don't schedule customers when no reps are available. Please have customers wait inside for a rep instead of outside with nothing to do. This was really inconvenient. Second, when I was ready to get my loaner car my rep didn't hand anyone my paperwork, but instead stacked it away and since both people at the desk were busy he said it would take about 5 min and they would call my name. So I went to grab a water and waited... and waited until I realized they were serving other people who stood in line even after my paperwork was there. This was super frustrating. It took almost an hour just to drop off my car and get a loaner. This is really unacceptable and very disappointing.
