I brought the car in to fix the air conditioner and it came back dysfunctional. Need more work. This is disappointing

My experience with the service I received from Lexus was amazing. Tony was the best his customer service skills were excellent and very professional. I was seen very fast and the whole process was easy. Tony explained everything to me and kept me informed regarding my car service needs. Overall it was the best quality experience ever and I will definitely be coming to Lexus service center for all of my car needs in the future.

Mr. Luong was very polite and courteous but confused me when he said nothing was wrong with my car taillight which was the reason I drove in for an early morning emergency repair. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, he told me the light works fine and there was nothing wrong with it. I had to explain to him that the red cover was broken and missing, which was very visible to anyone looking at it, which I believe could be an infraction. He then told me I had said the light bulb was broken. I said no, I knew the light bulb worked. I had simply said the tail light was broken. He then said it would be a couple more hours as he would have to order the red cover for the taillight.
Again, he was very polite but shocked and confused me with what he said plus taking longer to diagnose and fix the taillight and being inconvenienced with my time and making two trips there.
I was very pleased with the work that was done when it was finished.
I appreciate the Lexus Maintenance and Repair facility and all its workers.
