The new setup for service is physically dangerous as guests are subjected to physical danger and confusion as they try to navigate dropping off their cars and rentals. My car was hit by another vehicle while in service and I didn't discover the damage until I got home. Honesty???? Your employee who was responsible should have reported it. What else are you doing or not doing I should know about. The trust I have in you that was built up over the past 20 years is gone.

He was very good at his job. The scheduling person forgot to reserve a loaner car and Ramsin immediately called for a rental car. We were not happy with the extra time it took to get a car, but he didn't hesitate to remedy the situation.

I had always used Al Posada and Carlos took over over for him. He gave me good service and agreed to the same discount tha Al and I had worked out. When he forgot to include it in the final bill he did so quickly and went over my bill and service check. I received a text when my car was ready. I prefer a phone call but sine all was good with the car I suppose that's ok.

The service was great, but the car wash left black, greasy steaks down my windshield and across my hood. I didn't notice the windshield until I was driving home and then I saw the hood when I got home. It took a bit of cleaning to remove them.

Deep kept us informed about the status of the work. In addition, we very much appreciate the attention and knowledge of Matt Esparza with our parricular issue. Good job for both. One issue I had however was the people who greeted us when we drove in. The ones taking the orders called us "Guys". We are not "Guys" but customers and expect to be greeted as such.

Josh, the service advisor was excellent. He greeted me and finished my paperwork in 5-10 min. That's a record speed from my 15 years of experience with Stevens Creek Lexus. My major complaint is with the loaner car service. I waited for over an hour for a loaner car and had to go to the service desk twice and escalated to Josh before I was give a loaner. I made the reservation several weeks ago, with the confirmation of a loaner car. I arrived on time for my appointment. Not sure why others had higher priority. That again was a record for me but a really bad one. You need to fix your process so you can deliver what you promised to your customers.
