We are disappointed. We had our car detailed at a cost of $299. The dealership had the vehicle for two full days on what seems like should have been a one day job. We do appreciate that the dealership made a loaner available to us.
The overall detail is satisfactory, but some "details" of the detail were missed.
The windows are "foggy" and we're not cleaned completely; the door jambs were not completely cleaned; and some dirty spots were left on the floor mats, which we cleaned ourselves when we got home. We also have plastic floor mat covers that were not cleaned, although it is unclear to us whether this should have been included or not.
We are long-time Lexus of Stevens Creek Customers. We drive seven or eight miles across town to your facility, often in heavy traffic, when other more convenient alternatives are available, because we have valued the quality of your service. This effort was not up to the standards we are used to.

I was not updated by my rep as to what the diagnostic findings were I only happened to find out because I inquired about it one next day. In addition, I was not offered a loaner car even though my car was in service for 3 days 2 nights, which I'm sure involved with the lack of status update. I have had great service from Lexus of Stevens Creek in the past 3 year, but this visit was not one of them.
