The service was good but the wash on the car
Was poor. The windows were a mess.
They were all streaked.

Overall, I had an amazing experience with the employees I associated with, except the advisor, James Luong. Mr. Luong was rude, uninviting, and very unprofessional. When he was talking to me about the different services the company offered, he said "It's very pricy", making it seem like I couldnt afford the services I wanted.

I have been dealing with Lexus Stevens Creek since 1995. In the last year your service reps have almost all turned over and your customer satisfaction is purely perfunctory. The girls at the counter couldn't be less interested.
Magnussen is begging for business and you appear to be bothered by having so much business.
Not good.
