Frank was polite and professional. There was a guy (I think he was the supervisor?) named Evan....he went above and beyond! I wasn't in the best of moods because it seemed like there was low staff and there weren't many advisors and my 10am appointment slowly became a 10:40 appointment --but Evan was SUPER nice and helpful. He made my bad experience into a wonderful one. It seemed like he actually CARED about what he was helping me with. Very polite, professional,understanding, and just overall great. He deserves to own the company (haha), but seriously, if it wasn't for him, I was going to leave Lexus VERY disappointed.

My warning light was on so was a walk in without an appointment. Joshua was able to recommend the right test, plus getting 75k service and airbag all done in one day . Also I was able to get a loaner car, so my family time to drive me back. Additionally my child has an dr appointment Monday morning. Without knowing the real problem of my car in the morning, I would have much more concern if Joshua wasn't able to get me a loaner. In a hurry I also left right version of insurance at home . Got hung up three times by my insurance 1800 number, but a very patient front desk receptionist Allison was able to get through and help me connect with right customer service, so I didn't have to make another trip. Also Jos was constantly updating me and get my authorization on additional work we didn't speak about earlier in the day

Anytime I bring my Lexus in for service I am always pleasantly pleased with the care they give to both myself and my car. The mechanics are trained well to do my required repairs and the service writers are very kind caring and always puts the customer needs first.
