Usually takes 2 hours after 2 hrs 15 mins I had the chase ppl down to see what the status was with my car. I paid and was sent outside and waited 20 mins while being told my car was being washed. I got frustrated and told them to get the car. It wasn't washed And they were so blocked up I had to wait another five mins until they moved cars so I could get out. You had about 15 employees running around and it was a total **** show. I've only been there three other times and have had no probs previously. Not sure how much of this was Mikes fault but he never checked in my car after the two hour point to see what was going on. I also had an appt at 7:20, got there right on time and had to wait for 10 mins to be acknowledged, which means I likely waited behind people that just showed up. Seems. Token.

I did not interact or meet Mr. Blank. But I was TERRIBLY unhappy with the person who greeted me in the front. He was passive aggressive and to put it bluntly a twerp with whom I would never do business with.
I am a Mercedes guy that bought a Lexus because of the very calm and direct conduct of Pavi Singh. However, I am stunned that Lexus would hire the low calibre of the person who greeted me. Gross.
