I was expecting a call or when I came to pick up the car to get information of the car as he told me tech will contact me. So I was waiting for a call so they can explain to me what happened to my car and what shoul I do next time not to happen again. The area manager was very nice and professional. I wish my rep on that can can be like him. In general my experience was not good even the first time I was not satisfied! Or is my wrong perception as I thought all lexus are the same. I'm from west palm beach Florida and lexus experience there was excellent

Michael is a great service advisor and I've been thoroughly happy with him I have plenty of experience to draw on with your company and your location. When I went to pick up my car he was waiting in the driveway which seems a waste of time. Unlike when I drop my car off and I was told that despite the heat I had to stay with my car because that was your new policy. It seems to me you're degrading the Lexus name along with Lexus service. Marshall took 15 minutes to come out in the heat while I complain that I did not want to stay with my car but go inside into the air conditioning. I was told that's not how they're doing business any longer. Marshall came out as soon as he could as he was dealing with another customer and other issues. I think this degrades the Lexus name and the service and the respect and the consideration of the customers who use your service location. Despite indicating I would need a loaner vehicle I waited in excess of an hour and a half for a car. The communications and responses to my inquiries were less than satisfactory as I watched everyone who came in after me leave. I had a very important Dr. Appt at 11 which I thought was sufficient time after a 9am appt. at Lexus. It became a very stressful situation which was unacceptable in my opinion.
