Everything went great with Chet. He answered all my questions and was very professional.
I was not happy with the traffic / congestion when I brought my car in. First, It was so crowded I couldn't get in the lot; I had to wait on the street. There were new drop offs coming in, pick-ups going out, loaners being returned all at the same time in the same small space. I saw people turn their vehicle around in this small area and try to exit, which was blocked with cars trying to get in. I watched as one customer had to adjust his vehicle several times to get it out of the lane they put him in, so he could to leave; then he had to fight through all of the cars trying to get in. There were several employees around to move things along, but it appeared they didn't have a real sense of how things should go, or the priorities kept changing (more loaners, now more pick-ups).
Hopefully, this process will improve before I have to come back.

The service rep was excellent. prompt efficient service during quite a busy time.
However, I was disappointed that my car was not washed after service. Also, the
front passenger seat was left fully reclined and pushed back fully. I realize these are small details, but it is these small items that make Lexus service outstanding. Perhaps the service department was extremely busy and these details were overlooked in a busy time

Carlos was great but the process of picking up my car today was not good. Unfortunately I had little time to spare, as I had a friend picking me up at my house. Firstly it took a long time to find my paperwork (Carlos had called in sick). Then I waited 15 minutes for my car to be driven around for pickup at which time I asked someone what happened and whether they forgot to bring it around. Apparently my car was waiting to be washed but I had already been told the car wash was not working. Needless to say, I was late getting home. This is the first time I was not happy with your service.
