I was surprised with the new changes:
1. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait outside for my service rep. because they didn't want to be looking for me inside. I have always taken a seat while I waited inside until my rep called my name.
2. My rep has either greeted me or shaken my hand to introduce himself. I didn't learn of Mike's name until I saw his nametag.
3. Upon The return of my vehicle, it has always been washed. When I asked about it, I was informed that the carwash was broken. Why wasn't I informed without my asking? Also, it would have been nice to have, at least be given a raincheck for when the carwash was up and running.
Certainly, my experience was something very bee to what I have grown accustomed to.

James is the best service advisor we have ever had. My husband and I both own Lexus vehicles, and we continue to get serviced at the dealership solely because of James. Due to bad experiences in the past, we almost gave up on Lexus, but James is the only reason why we keep coming back. He is knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and really makes us feel taken care of.

Michael Babcock is an excellent service counselor. I appreciate his candor and helpfulness on all levels. Interactions with him on all matters of service has been excellent.
My one disappointment with my last service visit was with the length of time I waited for my car after receiving a text letting me know that my car service had been completed. Mike confirmed this to be the case with the paperwork that we went over after service. But, there should have been more care given by the team outside the service area who are responsible for taking the cars to service and returning them to owners. I asked several people for the status of my car after waiting for 15 min. I waited for another 15 min (30 min total) and still no information from anyone. I was told more than 30 min later that my car was being washed. I had hoped that everyone would be more helpful and diligent with n ensuring that customers experience good communication during service.
